I cannot even begin to express what it has meant to me to have Lisa as my personal trainer. I was a women who grew up in diet culture, the idea that only skinny is pretty, and the all or nothing mind set. As she has encouraged me on my journey toward better overall health in my body, she is always ready to share a positive word, or a listening ear. Mental health is crucial- she knows it and she is always ready to encourage and offer up a positive perspective. She takes the time to get to know her clients, build relationship with them and I know she truly cares about my well being.
Lisa always checks up on me. Not just on my training days, but all throughout the week. If she notices something seems different than the norm with my eating and exercise, she inquires. She wants to be on the same page as me and know what is going on and how she can help.
I could probably write a short novel on why I love Lisa so much, but I will close things out here. If you are on the fence, don’t be. Lisa will train you for life. What I mean is that she will train you to make life changing choices. She will train you and guide you as you navigate the goals you have set before you. Health is not one and done.
